Imagine a player constantly chasing the ball—no calm, no awareness. All he sees is the ball, forgetting his position, his team, his goal. Many young players fall into that same pattern—not just on the pitch, but in their personal development too. They want to be faster, stronger, better… but they forget that real growth doesn't come from chasing everything in sight.
At Gobler, I teach young players the opposite: the principle of magnetism. “Do not chase. Magnetize.”
Instead of chasing with stress, I help them develop themselves in a way that confidence, opportunities, and performance naturally come to them. They stop being followers—and become leaders.
Take Milan, a talented 15-year-old striker. Determined to make the starting lineup, he began forcing everything. His actions, communication, and body language were tense and unnatural. In our sessions, we focused on what he could influence: his mindset, his calm, his confidence. We practiced breathing exercises, visualization, and focus routines. Three months later, his coach said:
“He radiates calm. He lets the game come to him.”
That’s magnetism. Through self-awareness, mental strength, and smart routines, players at Gobler learn they don’t have to force results. When you know who you are, you naturally project it. And then—opportunities start coming your way.
📩 Do you want your child to stop chasing and start attracting what truly fits them?
